If only all other indie electro-pop bands could kill it like Phoenix. Blowing up at The Corner House and with its followers, all parties will be delighted to know that Phoenix is due to release its fourth full length album on May 26 of this year.
"Wolfgang Amadeus Pheonix" (Mozart's first and middle name followed by Phoenix) will include the single "1901" which was
released on February 23 and brought to my attention by none other than avid Hiplectic contributor "jimms". Look for this album
to have a more club like feel with heavier synths and upbeat tempos, as well as be played at every 6599 pre-party ever.
For now, here's a fantastic electronic remix of their single 'Long Distance Call" by a group named 25 Hours A Day.
