Shawn Johnson Stalker Charged With Felony

A man authorities say tried to break onto the set of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" to meet Shawn Johnson has been charged with one felony count of stalking.






Court records show a restraining order was previously issued against Matthew James Mitrovich, who was arrested by Los Angeles police on Tuesday. According to police, the 6-foot 2-inch 180lb albino leaped from the lighting fixture about twenty feet above the stage. Mitrovich, a.k.a. "the Snitch" was rushed to the hospital and according to doctors suffered a broken ankle. Police have yet to state whether the Snitch was under the influence of a controlled substance. Police also believe the Snitch's motive comes from Johnson denying his friend request on Facebook. Johnson's lawyer has yet to confirm this statement. Mitrovich is scheduled to appear in court May 20th.
