Kai Neville. M83 meets Spike Jonze meets Surfing

Kai Neville is an up and coming filmmaker out of Australia who's 2010 debut "Modern Collective" set the benchmark for the future of progressive surf flicks.  His moody and brooding approach is a stark contrast to the flashy mainstream surf films the industry is used to.  Kai's soundtrack selection has classic style, and will definitely stand the test of time after your thirtieth time watching it.  And of course, his riders.  Dane, Jordy, Dusty, Dion, Mitch Coleborn; all are masters of flight, power, and style.

Here's a trailer for Modern Collective

And the first installment of a new webisode called "Landscape Altered".  Some of the most fucked up airs I've ever seen.

Cheers
