Possibly the most anticipated electronic album ever. With an almost 3 year absence from the music game daft punk is back and will begin a tour late this December and into next year. In 2007 i was forced to choose between going to see Tiesto and his "elements of life tour" and the Daft Punk "alive" tour. I choose to go see Tiesto, but looking back to the more then ample opportunities i have had to see Tiesto, I sort of regret not seeing the originators of quality electronic music. Daft Punk will most likely play at Coachella in 2011 which we be the perfect stage to see such an influential band, yet it has also been rumored that Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, one of the members of Daft Punk, might be going blind. If that is the truth this will for certain be the last world tour they will do.

Disney has genius marketing because not only does there new movie TRON look awesome it is guaranteed to have some awesome new track from Daft Punk as they made the sound track. Here is there first music video in over 3 years, check it out.
